La tabla de “Dates for Filing”—la que nos deja mandar papeles por adelantado—permanece guardada. No la uses o tu caso quedará en el limbo burocrático.
- EB‑1 sigue “current” para el resto del mundo, México y Filipinas. China permanece atascada en el 8 de noviembre de 2022, e India en el 15 de febrero de 2022.
- EB‑2 tampoco se mueve. La fecha sigue en el 22 de junio de 2023 para el resto del mundo y México; China continúa en el 1 de octubre de 2020 e India en el 1 de enero de 2013.
El salto que celebramos en abril—cinco semanas de una sola vez en EB‑2 Rest of World y México—fue tan generoso que encendió las alarmas internas del Departamento de Estado.
